This is the HGUC 1/144 Zee-Zulu. just as the Dra-C it is a prototype and it will not look as rough as it seems currently. It will also be seen in episode 4 of Gundam Unicorn (November Release for 2200 Yen):

The Dra-C will be released in November (2011) for 2000 Yen; Also keep in mind this is just a prototype that is painted. It will not look sanded and rough in its final release:

Been gone for a while..

So as some of you may have noticed, I have been off for quite some time. I wanted to say I'm terribly sorry for not even leaving a notice to some of you.
